Skipton Town Hall, North Yorkshire

VWG Mechanical were appointed to install the mechanical engineering system as detailed by NOVO Consulting Ltd at Skipton Town Hall.

This included the installation of three natural gas condensing Broag Remeha 110 Eco boilers  and a twin wall 304 stainless steel flue header. The main heating flow and return from the modular boilers feeds the new low loss header, pumps, isolation valves and commissioning sets to serve individual heating zones.

A new pressurisation unit and expansion vessel, sized to accommodate the full system expansion requirements were installed as well as circulating pumps complete with variable speed drives to allow for constant temperature variable volume operation.

New Zip single point electric water heaters were installed to provide hot water as required.

Following installation, all new domestic services were flushed and chlorinated.
